  1. If you need repairs or have just been in an accident, call us at (313) 417-8430. After drop-off, we offer a free estimate. If you would like to proceed, well will then obtain the necessary insurance claim approvals before we begin making repairs.
  2. We understander that your busy life does not stop when your car is in the shop. If you would like, we are happy to offer on-site rental cars. We also work with insurance companies during this process as well. We will get the paperwork started for rental reimbursement.
  3. After a complete inspection, we will discuss the next steps with you, based on your insurance claims.
  4. Time to get to work. Our certified collision experts will start making the necessary repairs.
  5. After we finished we will detail your ride, inside and out, all free of charge. We want you to pick up your repaired car and think it has been replaced for a new model!
  6. Time to get back on the road! Our team will contact you to come in for the final paperwork. Before you leave we will also to walk you through our service warranty. We want you to have zero doubts when you drive off our lot.
